“Working with Poynting in South East Asia provide us access to a wide range of Antennas for LTE, WiFi and RFID. Their antenna design is proven and backed by the ever knowledgable Dr Andre Fourie. Just watch his youtube videos and you definately will learn a thing or two about Antenna propagation.”

We have been familiar with the Poynting antennas for over 2 years and can just say that they are really professional. This video [webinar] shows how well they do their job. We have tested a variety of their antennas , but for us, the best test, is our customer feedback. 99,99% of them are more than happy with this manufacturer. The customers talk about the stability and better speed they have now. I do not want to make comparisons, but if you pay attention to the boxing, the cables, the connectors, the datasheet with all detailed info, then, you realize: We made the right choice.

We use the HELI-003 (Poynting’s circular polarized Wi-Fi tunnel antenna) in coal mines for long straight runs giving us Wi-Fi coverage to approximately 1km.
“The HELI-004 (a smaller version of the HELI-3) is used in the tunneling projects where we don’t have a long a straight run. The tunnels are between 4 – 6m in diameter. These tunnels typically reach around 500-600m”.

Why do I buy antennas from Poynting? Because a genius can be born anywhere in the world. It is not up to me to decide who is a genius, just to recognize it. In this case an antenna genius was born in South Africa.
