Hi, I am Syabonga Sithole, the newly appointed Warehouse Assistant and Technical Support at Inteto Connect, a proud reseller of Poynting antennas. Reflecting on my past few months, it’s been a time of change and growth. Since November 2023, I was fortunate to begin a skill-developing internship with Inteto Connect, where I, along with other candidates, had the opportunity to gain valuable experience and workplace knowledge. While it was challenging at times, the leadership and professionalism of the team here inspired me to aspire to their level of intelligence. They taught me to think quickly on my feet and how to work cohesively as a team.
For the past two months, I have been working as a full-time Warehouse Assistant. During this time, I have continued to learn and improve my ability to get the job done efficiently. Inteto has significantly impacted my life and changed my perspective. It has shown me what true customer service is—unlike many businesses, we take a hands-on approach, putting the customers first and often meeting deadlines faster than expected. This leaves our customers satisfied and contributes to an even happier workplace, where we take pride in providing quality products and services.
I hold a certificate in Electrical Engineering (N4), and I see myself furthering my studies to become even more valuable and useful. Before joining Inteto, I worked in a call center as a Technical Support Agent for an ISP campaign, where I gained extensive knowledge about fiber and LTE over 16 months. Additionally, I spent three months as an Account Manager before being let go from the Comcast campaign. This experience, however, led me to seek new opportunities, and I was fortunate to be selected by Inteto.
Outside of work, I have a passion for sports and enjoy participating in almost any sport, with soccer being my favorite. In my spare time, I also enjoy playing online games, running errands, and spending time with friends and family. Traveling and visiting loved ones give me the chance to appreciate beautiful scenery, which I love.
Working at Inteto has been a blessing and a life-changing experience. I’m deeply grateful for the platform and opportunities this company provides, and I look forward to many more years of service. I hope to continue adding value to an already outstanding team and make a difference in the days and years to come.
